All major indices were lower this week as the DJIA ended the trading week at 35,365.44 which was lower by 1.65%. Both the S&P 500 and NASDAQ Composite were also lower as the S&P 500 ended the trading week at 4,620.64 which was lower by 1.90% and NASDAQ Composite ended the trading week at 15,169.68 which was lower by 2.89%. It remains to be seen whether this week was another buying opportunity for investors or if we are in the midst of a correction in the markets. As we close out the year I am hopeful that we have been seeing buying opportunities and not a correction in the markets however that may just be wishful thinking.
